Our team is passionate about the vital role that rural healthcare plays in small communities. We aim to support and strengthen healthcare services in rural areas by providing staffing solutions to those who need it. We believe that access to quality healthcare is a cornerstone to small communities and are proud to contribute to it.

Cosha is CEO of TTN Staffing Solutions, & a fellow traveling RN. Cosha grew up in the rural community of Bowman, ND & has spent nearly her entire life dedicated to healthcare. She learned the importance of community & service early on. At 16, she became a CNA/CMA, & gradually advanced through the ranks as an LPN, & finally an RN, with her Bachelor's in Nursing. Haley is the CNO of TTN Staffing Solutions. A fellow RN of +5 years, & a background in healthcare stretching to when she was 16. Working through the ranks of CNA, CMA, & to her RN, BSN.  Her experience as an RN includes critical access , ER, med-surg, LTC, home health, & outpatient services.
